Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse at 1784 Presidential Circle, Snellville, GA 30078. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are dispatched the same afternoon.

  • Standard ground (UPS / FedEx): 2–5 business days in the contiguous US, from $9.95
  • Expedited 2-day: from $24.95
  • Overnight: available on request
  • Freight (orders > 150 lb): custom quote, usually 3–7 business days
  • Will-call pickup: free, available Mon–Fri 9 AM – 6 PM ET

Free standard shipping on stock orders over $250.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation with carrier tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.

Returns

Unused, original-packaging stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price minus a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

  • Custom kits and special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Used or installed hardware cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–5 years). If a part fails within the warranty period due to a defect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no charge. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper installation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect every shipment on arrival. Report any damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours by emailing photos to support@surtiherrajes.com. We replace at our expense.
